Amir Hasanat

Mr. Amir Hasanat is elder son of Mr. K.M. Rezaul Hasanat, Managing Director and Mrs. Kaniz Fatema Zareen, Director of Viyellatex Ltd.  Mr. Amir Hasanat has joined in Viyellatex Group as Executive Assistant on 24^th December 2015. Within a very short span of time he learns the business process of Composite Textile, Garments, Spinning, and Power sectors widely and also gather excellent command over administration, finance, marketing and production area of business. Before joining in Viyellatex Group Mr. Amir has completed his IB Diploma from International School of Dhaka. (ISD). He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Northeastern University in Boston. During his time there he completed one year of co-operative studies at Standard Chartered Bank in Dhaka and one of the oldest law firms, Choate Hall Stuart, in Boston. USA. He became a Director and Shareholder of the group in early 2019.
