Kaniz Fatema Zareen

Ms. Zareen is a Non-Executive Sponsor Director of VIYELLATEX group. After completing post-graduation in Psychology, she commenced on her career as a Teacher in a renowned private school. She is the Chief Advisor of the Counselling and Employee Assistance (CEA) Department of VIYELLATEX and supervises the crucial sector of employee counselling. She is very adept in handling grievances of the factory workers and is extremely proficient in creating an atmosphere of tranquillity. As she has got a MSc. and an M.Phil. in child psychology, she is the Chairperson of Pledge Harbor International School.
She also oversees BIKASH School as a board of trustee, a special school for physically challenged and underprivileged children in the community. Being a philanthropist, she dynamically works to develop the education sector in Bangladesh. Moreover, all philanthropy, CSR events and programs of VIYELLATEX group, such as blood donations, eye camps, and NID camps are regulated under her supervision.
